Cons:1. Garment measurements inches were incorrect.I ordered both a large and Xlarge.The large fit my 42"bust but was snug on 46" hips so the Xlarge ended up being the correct size for me.
2.Both garments had several smal bleached spots on the fabric.
3.There was no label identifying fabric content or washing instructions.The website said it was a cotton linen blend so I washed on a cold gentle cycle and dried on medium heat for about 20 minutes.There was no shrinkage and only a little touchup pressing needed for the cuffs and button placket.
